László Dellei

László György Dellei is the owner and managing director of KERUBIEL and a highly respected Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the University of Pécs (PTE). With expertise spanning cybersecurity strategy and regulatory compliance, he has made significant contributions to critical infrastructure protection, focusing on NIS2 requirements at PTE.

László serves as a juror at the SC Awards US, a Subject Matter Expert at the Hungarian Research Development and Innovation Office, and a mentor at the Hungarian Innovation Agency. He has nearly 15 years of experience as an external expert for the European Commission, evaluating high-stakes proposals across sectors like cybersecurity, healthcare, and security.

Previously appointed as a GDPR Ambassador by ISACA HQ. US., László took a huge part as a co-author in the development of GDPR methodologies, producing influential white papers that have supported data protection practices across Europe.
